How to Donate - Friends of MWHS is a 501(c)3 non profit organization


Here are 6 EASY ways you can GIVE to Friends of MWHS:

1. Donate on our website 

o Go to www.friendsofmwhs.com and click on DONATE. You will automatically be redirected to our PayPal account to make your donation. You can make either a one-time donation, or set a monthly recurring donation 

2. • Donate as you shop 

o Go to www.friendsofmwhs.com and click on SHOP. You will automatically be redirected to Rakuten (formerly eBates). Click on various websites to do your  online shopping and a % that you spend (varies by retailer) will go directly to us 

3. Our Facebook Page 

o Like us on FB @FriendsofMWHS o Click the DONATE Button! https://www.facebook.com/FriendsofMWHS


4. o When you shop via Amazon Smiles, a % of your purchases will come to us

5. ▪ Set Friends of MWHS as your charitable organization: For more information about the AmazonSmile program, go to http://smile.amazon.com/about.

  1. Sign in to smile.amazon.com on your desktop or mobile phone browser.
  2. From your desktop, go to Your Account and select the option to Change your Charity. Or, from your mobile browser, select Change your Charity from the options at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select a new charitable organization to support.

    Note: You can also hover over the Supporting notice in the navigation at the top of any page, and then select the Change link next to the name of the charity you're currently supporting.

▪ Turn on AmazonSmile on your mobile app.

Open the app and find 'Settings' in the main menu (☰). Tap on 'AmazonSmile' and follow the on-screen instructions to turn on AmazonSmile on your phone.

o Drop off LIKE NEW - TEEN STYLE Clothing to the MWHS office. Clothes must be teen appropriate, clean and current fashion styles.  

o Gift Cards - There are times when student needs are beyond what we have in our Hawk Vault. Gift Cards to Walgreens, Target, Subway, Grocery Stores and local Gas Stations are often needed when emergencies arise. If it is easier, monetary donations can be made and will take care of the shopping!

o Incentive Gift Cards - We partner with MWHS leadership to provide $5 and $10 Caribou or Target gift cards for incentives and awards.
